MR. GEORGE SEBASTIAN
Mr. George Sebastian, a graduate in Electrical Engineering (B.E. Electrical), brings with him over 30 years of extensive experience in the field. He has been a key figure at Space Electromechanical Works, Dubai, serving as an Electrical Engineer since the company’s inception in 1997. Prior to this, from 1991 to 1997, he worked with Saras Electrical L.L.C., where he was actively involved in executing a wide range of electrical projects. His earlier roles include working as an Electrical Engineer with the Al Kharbash Group of Companies from 1988 to 1990, and with Genelec Ltd.—an associate of the G.E.C. Group of Companies, England—from 1986 to 1988, where he received comprehensive training across various departments including designing, production, installation, and servicing.
MR. SUJOY KUMAR
Mr. Sujoy Kumar, a Mechanical Engineering graduate (B.E. Mechanical), has over 30 years of experience in the mechanical and HVAC industry. Since the incorporation of Space Electromechanical Works, Dubai in 1997, he has been serving as a Mechanical Engineer, playing a vital role in the company’s growth and project execution. From 1991 to 1997, he worked with Saras Electricals (L.L.C.) as a Mechanical Engineer, contributing to various mechanical projects. Prior to that, he served as an Independent Engineer at Fedders Lloyd Corporation Limited from 1988 to 1991, gaining hands-on experience in the installation and production of central air conditioning equipment. He began his career with Blue Star Engineering Ltd. as a Trainee Engineer from 1986 to 1988, where he underwent comprehensive training in air-conditioning, installation, and servicing departments.

MR. RAMNIK SINGH SAHNEY
Mr. Ramnik Singh Sahney, a Mechanical Engineering graduate (B.E. Mechanical), brings with him 28 years of professional experience in the electromechanical and HVAC industry. Since September 2016, he has been a part of Space Electromechanical Works, Dubai, contributing his expertise to various engineering and project operations. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Manager – Electromechanical at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) from July 2007 to August 2016, where he played a key role in managing large-scale infrastructure and utility projects.
From 2003 to 2007, he worked as a Service Manager with Fortune International – LG, followed by his tenure as Chief Engineer at Technical and Trading from 2000 to 2003. Between 1998 and 2000, he served as an MEP Coordinator with AMBB, and prior to that, held the position of Senior Engineer at Technical and Trading from 1992 to 1998. Mr. Sahney began his career with Voltas India as a Sales Engineer from 1988 to 1992, gaining foundational experience in mechanical systems and client solutions.

MR. MAHMOUD SALEH
Mr. Mahmoud Saleh, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management, has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Since 2005, he has been working with SACE (Dr. Samir Abdullah Consulting Engineering) as a Projects Manager, overseeing a wide range of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Prior to this, he served as a Civil Engineer at MBF Maintenance and Electromechanical Works from 2004 to 2005, where he was involved in various structural and maintenance projects. He began his career as a Site Engineer at AlMeamary Centre in Cairo, Egypt, from 2003 to 2004, gaining hands-on experience in on-site construction supervision and project execution.
